How do I create my own FreshGo App account?

You can download and register from the app itself. The app is available in the iOS App Store and on Google Play.

How will we deliver your order?

FreshGo delivers your order through our official person. We believe in to provide best quality to our customers and we ensure that your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible. For your convenience we also call you when your order will be within an hour away from your doorsteps!

What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charge is very nominal which depends on your order value as mentioned below:

UGX 100,000 and above purchase Free delivery within Kampala
Below UGX 100,000 purchase Delivery fee charge based on location

How much time it will take to get my order?

You will get your order within 12 hours at your place.

Order Start from 7 AM Deliver On Same Day Till Late night 7:00 PM
Order After 7 PM Delivered on Next day Morning based on the time indicated.

How will I come to know that my order is on its way?

Within an hour after order is placed, we will give a notification call to you when we are going to deliver your order.

What if I missed the delivery?

If you are not available to receive your order, we will attempt to contact you for alternate delivery instructions. If no contact is established then we will leave a note at your door with our customer contact number to reschedule the delivery. There are no charges for any rescheduled deliveries.

What is the procedure for rescheduling my delivery?

For rescheduling your delivery of order, you have to call us on 0392 000 332 (MTN), 0200 923 327 (AIRTEL) or email us at info@hifreshgo.com within 12 hours after you missed your first delivery.

What is your cancellation, return and refunds policy?

Cancellation Policy :

Customer can call customer service  no and cancel order prior to confirmation, once order is confirmed and processed it can’t be cancelled. However, if there are changes in the delivery time you mentioned earlier in your order or need to add more products, you need to call us.

Return & Refunds :

We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value

What do I need to know about deliveries?

All products will be delivered within 12 hours weekdays, weekends and public holidays. The delivery team will call you on the provided number before delivery so please be available.

We deliver products in Four time slots. You can select the delivery time slot as per your convenience while placing your order.

  1. Morning shift (7 AM – 10 AM)
  2. Afternoon shift (10 AM – 1 PM)
  3. Evening shift (1 PM – 4 PM)
  4. Evening Shift (4 PM – 7 PM)

No delivery charges on orders above UGX 100,000 (within Kampala only).
If the products get wrongly delivered or get damaged during delivery. Please contact us.
